The 4 SESSIONS PACK - 1 HOUR PERSONAL TRAINING is exactly that....4 Sessions each for 1 Hour. These sessions can be held either IN PERSON (if we're in the same town) or Remote / Virtually via FaceTime technology.

We will compare Calendars to determine the Day of the Week and Time of Day to complete these sessions. With the understanding that if any unforeseen Life Ocurrences take place that require cancellation, that as much advanced notification as possible will be provided, but you will NOT be charged or penalized for the missed session. We will simply extend the time it takes to complete the 4 Sessions you purchased.
